Brian L. Cooper
President & Chief Executive Officer
Named as one of the “40 Most Influential Business Leaders” by Business Nashville, Brian L. Cooper brings almost three decades of investments, banking, marketing, and electronic payment experience to Value Exchange. As a pioneer in the electronic payments industry, Cooper has held several senior management roles focusing on product innovation—including the initial development of the Visa Check Card in 1981, the first upscale Visa “Gold” Card (then called the Premium Card) in 1982, and also the first PC-based Merchant Draft Capture system with Visa USA and VeriFone in 1985.
During his tenure at Bank of America, Wells Fargo & Company, BankOne Corporation, and Compass Bancshares, Mr. Cooper oversaw key strategy and development of marketing, branch, and electronic payment systems. He also had direct P&L responsibilities exceeding $250 million in pre-tax earnings.
Mr. Cooper has had a strong impact in the electronic payments industry by serving on leading national boards such as the Visa USA Executive Debit Products Committee, PLUS System Marketing Committee, and also the STAR Systems Board of Directors (then an independent company).

Throughout his distinguished career in Senior Management Roles at leading banks such as Norwest Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, and Compass Bank, Cummings has demonstrated a proven track record of creating world-class sales and service culture, along with operational excellence.

Lorrianne R. Curtis

Beginning her career with AmSouth Bank, Lorrianne Curtis gained valuable retail banking experience by managing branch sales and operations. Throughout her management career at AmSouth (now Regions) and Compass Bank, Lorrianne was also responsible for direct sales of Merchant Services and related products. Prior to joining Value Exchange her last responsibilities encompassed both Texas and Florida territories as Senior Account Executive. With a prior track record of 12 years sales performance in Commercial Banking, Ms. Curtis offers our clients a wide-range of talents, including; Customer Service experience, Merchant Services expertise, and extensive branch knowledge

While there, MaLinda compiled a successful track record in loss prevention, customer satisfaction and retention, increased employee morale and production, and provided technical expertise in audit and compliance regulations. Ms. Oden brings these skills to her current role overseeing Value Exchange’s client and administrative support ensuring a consistent, high quality customer experience.
