From life events to spot on product offers

The VALU-X process identifies the relevant life events and combines them with a customised approach at the product and communication level.

A great deal of what happens in a customer’s life…

…is reflected in the entries made in the bank account / credit card account of that person.

VALU-X analyses the account transactions to determine which life events are behind the respective entries.

If an event is identified for which a Mehrwert product is available (e.g. securing a valuable purchase or a continuing debt obligations…) …

…VALU-X personalises the added-value offer best suited to the life event and supplies it via an advertising medium within the system.

The advertising material is only sent to the respective customer if it complies with the banking advertising and communication specifications. These are defined via the VALU-X campaign control cockpit and ensure that the bank always retains control over the marketing activities taking place in its customer portfolio.
